Updated Website and Pricing Structure
We refreshed the website and pricing information to clearly communicate available features and options for different customer segments
Simplified Client Tenant Setup
Setting up a new client tenant is now easier. The administrative portal has been improved to streamline the onboarding process.

We’re developing a "Try It Now" experience for NDC Melbourne attendees. This will allow users to interact with key features before committing to a full setup.
Support for Zendesk and Jira Integration
We are expanding integration capabilities beyond GitHub and Azure DevOps to include Zendesk and Jira, enabling teams to maintain their existing workflows.
Additional Transcript Source Connections
We are adding support for additional transcript sources beyond Microsoft Teams and Snagit, including CustomGPT, Loom, and OBS connections.
Quality-of-Life Improvements
We are implementing several user-requested enhancements to make the software more intuitive and reduce steps needed for common actions.
